If you don't know what new dish to cook for your household, make potato cutlets. This dish is harmoniously combined with meat, fresh and salty vegetables, various sauces. Cooking potato cutlets will not take much time, and you do not need to have any special skills to make a delicious dish.
It is necessary
- -4 medium sized potatoes;
- -50 g of hard cheese;
- -1 chicken egg;
- -1 glass of buckwheat flakes (you can use regular bread crumbs);
- -1 garlic clove;
- -a couple of sprigs of dill;
- -salt and spices if desired.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and boil, without peeling, until tender.
Step 2
Cool the boiled vegetable, peel, grate on a coarse shredder, put in a deep plate.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, put it on the potatoes.
Step 4
Wash the dill, chop it as small as possible, add to the plate with the other ingredients.

Peel the garlic, chop in any convenient way, add to a plate.

Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly. This will be the basis for potato cutlets. Try the cooked "minced meat", add salt and spices if necessary.

Pour buckwheat flakes into one deep plate, break an egg into another and stir it thoroughly.

Make potato cutlets from the cooked "minced meat". Dip the blank first in the egg mass, and then in buckwheat flakes (bread crumbs).

Place the patties in a skillet flavored with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until tender. Do not cover the pan with a lid, set the gas to medium.
