Muffins can be made with any berries, but with raspberries, these pastries turn out to be especially tender. Dessert is prepared in twenty minutes.
It is necessary

- - butter - 130 g;
- - sugar - 1 glass;
- - one lemon;
- - soda - 1 tsp;
- - wheat flour - 150 g;
- - fresh raspberries.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chicken eggs with sugar. Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the mixture.
Step 2
Put a little lemon juice on a teaspoon of baking soda, add to the mixture until the baking soda foams.
Step 3
Then add flour and some fresh raspberries (don't overdo it - ten berries will be enough to give the muffins a pleasant raspberry flavor). Mix with a blender. The dough will turn out pinkish and a little runny - it should be so.
Step 4
Pour the dough into muffin tins, place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes. Raspberry muffins are ready, enjoy your tea!
