My daughter doesn't like apples at all. But they have a lot of useful vitamins. Especially iron. This trace element is responsible for the development of the child. So I had to go for a little trick. I started making apple cheesecakes. My daughter eats them with great pleasure. However, I am not saying that they are made from apples. Of course, fresh fruit is much more beneficial than a dish made from it. But still something is better.
