  • - gelatin - 20 g;
  • - water - 50 ml;
  • - greens (dill, parsley) - 100 g;
  • - peanuts - 50 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour gelatin with cold water and leave to swell for about 25-30 minutes. Then we heat the gelatin in a water bath until it is completely dissolved.

Step 2

Fry the peanuts in a pan until golden brown. Chop the nuts with a knife to a coarse state or chop with a blender.

Step 3

Finely chop the greens.

Step 4

Rub the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 5

Combine grated cheese, herbs, nuts and gelatin. Mix the mass well and spread it on parchment or cling film. We distribute the mass evenly over the film, the thickness of the cheese layer should be about 5 mm.

Step 6

We spread a block of ham on the mass. Wrap the cheese mass (on film) around the ham so that the ham is completely wrapped in cheese. We put the dish in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, free the dish from the film and cut into slices. Decorate with herbs.
