Step 1

Beat the egg with sugar until smooth. The mass should increase slightly. Beat for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Soften margarine. This can be done in several ways. The first method is to remove the oil from the refrigerator and wait until it softens naturally. The second is to pour boiling water or just hot water over an ordinary glass, and then cover it with butter or margarine. After a couple of minutes, the butter will be soft and will not melt. Add soft butter in small pieces to the whipped mass.

Step 3

Add honey, rolled oats. Half of the rolled oats should be grinded into flour in a blender, and the rest should be left as it is. Soak the raisins for 10 minutes, then rinse and add to the rest of the ingredients. Add cinnamon, flour and soda there, mix everything well.

Step 4

Spoon the dough into circles of approximately equal size on a baking sheet. Put in the oven at 180 degrees, bake until tender.
