The dough must be thoroughly mixed so that the yeast and sugar dissolve, and then put a few teaspoons of flour and mix everything well again. You can make a yeast cake in water, in which case milk is not required. This is the whole process of making dough. Now you need to put it in a warm place so that the yeast begins to ferment. It is important that there are no drafts in the room. And if the process is slow, the container can be placed in a water bath or a hot battery.

It is very easy to check the readiness of the dough - it should rise and increase in size at least 2 times. The butter is melted in a water bath, combined with vegetable oil and carefully poured into the dough, salt is added. And then they begin to gradually sift and stir in the flour with a fork, and when the dough becomes viscous, roll it out with your hands and continue to add flour. The mass should become elastic and free of lumps.

To make the baked goods tender and airy, the dough should not be sent to the oven immediately. At first, he is given time to rest and rise - covered with a napkin and put in a warm place. It takes 20-30 minutes for the dough to rise. After that, it is crumpled again, again left for the same time.
