Step 1
Sour cream cake
In a deep bowl, mash two eggs with two glasses of granulated sugar, add half a can of condensed milk. Quench the baking soda on the tip of a teaspoon with vinegar and pour into 300 g of sour cream. Combine the ingredients in a deep bowl. Gradually add one and a half cups of flour and get a batter. Pour the dough into a deep pan and bake for an hour. Cut the cake into two layers.
Step 2
Honey cake.
Melt 100 g of butter, add 100 g of honey, preferably liquid honey. Rub the zest of one lemon. Quench a teaspoon of baking soda with vinegar. Pour 2 cups flour into the liquid ingredients, knead to a thick dough. Divide it into three parts. Bake thin cakes.
Step 3
Sponge cake
Separate the whites from the yolks from six eggs. Beat the yolks with 160 g of sugar until frothy. Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Add 100 g butter, cut into small pieces. Beat egg whites separately until stiff. While stirring the dough with a spoon, carefully add the whites into the yolk mass. Transfer the dough to a mold and place in a medium heat oven. Increase the heat immediately, and for the first ten minutes, do not open the door so that the biscuit does not fall off.
Step 4
Shortbread
Use a knife to chop 250 g flour and 150 g butter on a wooden board. Add 2 tablespoons of sand and one yolk. Knead the dough with your hands, add 50 g sour cream and the juice of half a lemon. Mix well. Divide into thirds and bake shortbread cakes.
