Try the delicious onion rings in a batter made with light beer. The dough prepared according to this recipe turns out to be airy and very light, it has a pleasant bread aroma.

You will need:

- 4 large onions;

- 0.5 glasses of light beer;

- 2 eggs;

- 0.5 cups of wheat flour;

- salt;

- vegetable oil for frying.

Peel the onion and cut it into neat rings. Pour some flour into a bowl and roll the onions in it. Separate the yolks and grind together with salt, beer and remaining flour. Whisk the whites into a strong foam and add portions to the flour, stirring gently.

Heat unscented vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Check its doneness by tossing a piece of bread into the pan. If it browns quickly, the deep fat is ready. Dip the onion rings in the batter one by one so that the dough is evenly distributed, let the excess drain off, and then put the onion in deep fat. When the rings are browned, remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel lined plate to drain off excess fat.

You will need:

- 2 large onions;

- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour;

- 2 tablespoons of corn flour;

- 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs;

- 0.5 cups of water;

- salt;

- freshly ground black pepper;

- vegetable oil for frying.

You can add a teaspoon of chopped herbs such as basil, rosemary or celery to the onion sprinkle.

In a deep bowl, combine corn and wheat flour with salt and ground black pepper. Pour in cold boiled water in portions, carefully rubbing the dough. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Heat refined vegetable oil in a deep skillet.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Using two forks, take the onion rings one by one, dip them in the batter, and then transfer them to a plate with sprinkles. Turning the onion rings, cover them with the sesame-crust mixture on all sides.

Put prepared onion rings in hot oil. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes, until a golden crust forms. Transfer the finished snack to a dish covered with paper towels.
