  • - salt, orange peel, powdered sugar.

Put the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

In a blender with knife attachments, combine margarine with flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt. The mass should be homogeneous. Then start gradually pouring in 1 spoonful of cold water, stirring occasionally - you don't need to make too batter.

Step 3

Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the dough on it in a thin layer. Make holes with a fork over the entire surface of the cake. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.

Step 4

Whisk 1/3 cup lime juice and 2 teaspoons orange zest. Pour in 1/4 cup lemon juice.

Step 5

Mix separately the sour cream, eggs, the remaining glass of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Combine the lemon mixture with sour cream, beat with a whisk.

Step 6

Pour the citrus mixture over the warm crust. Bake for another 15 minutes. Then chill the cake, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After that, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions. The citrus sticks are ready.
