Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour and yeast into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper; gradually add butter and 200 ml of warm water, kneading the dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Place in a floured dish, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Knead the dough again. Roll on a floured surface into a 30 cm circle and transfer to a baking sheet.
Step 3
Pour the grated mozzarella in a ring about 2 cm from the edge. Fold over the edges to cover the cheese.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Spread a thick layer of sauce over the base, top with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with three types of cheese, then dry oregano.
Step 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the base is baked and the cheese begins to brown. Cut into portions and serve.
