If you do not know how to pamper your guests, then prepare the most tender, hearty and simply delicious mushroom pie with cheese. It not only tastes good, but also looks beautiful, so it is not a shame to serve it on the festive table.

It is necessary

  • -0.5 kg of mushrooms
  • -300 g flour
  • -3 eggs
  • -300 g soft cheese
  • -350 g potatoes
  • -220 g fat sour cream
  • -120 g margarine or butter
  • -salt, pepper and spices to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Put margarine or butter in a warm place for 1 hour. When the butter is soft, cut it into pieces and place in a mixer or blender. Drive 2 eggs into the butter, mix everything well, or better beat. Add flour to the butter and egg mixture. Pour flour on the table, knead the tough dough on it. Put this pie dough in a bowl, cover with cling film or a bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Remove the dough for the mushroom pie from the refrigerator, put it on the table and roll it into a fairly thick, even round layer. Put the dough in a round baking dish, form sides, flatten well in shape and set aside in the cold while you cook the filling.

Put the mushrooms in a colander, rinse thoroughly, and then place them on a paper towel to dry. Put the processed mushrooms on a cutting board, cut into cubes. Dip the potatoes under water for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly to remove dirt. Put clean potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water and boil in a uniform. Peel the finished potatoes, cut into cubes.

Turn the oven 180 degrees to preheat. Put the sour cream in a bowl, add the eggs, beat everything thoroughly. Grind the cheese in a blender or medium grater, add it to a bowl. Salt and pepper the whole mixture and add your favorite spices, mix.

Step 5

Combine the mushrooms and potatoes, stir, and place on the dough in an even layer. Pour this pie filling with a mixture of sour cream, cheese and eggs. Place the mushroom pie in the oven for 45 minutes, then remove, cover with a towel and let cool. The mushroom and cheese pie is ready.
