Planning a quick and delicious dinner? Try baking potatoes in the microwave. In the microwave oven, you can cook mashed potatoes, jacket potatoes or delicious slices of potatoes. Minced meat, fish or cheese are added to the root vegetables - all these options are prepared very quickly.
It is necessary
- Jacket potatoes:
- - 4 medium sized potatoes;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt.
- Garlic Potatoes:
- - 4 medium sized potatoes;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - salt;
- - freshly ground black pepper;
- - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - fresh parsley;
- - 100 g of grated cheese.
- Potatoes with meat:
- - 4 potatoes;
- - 1 large bell pepper;
- - 200 g minced meat;
- - 2 tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 0.5 cups of milk;
- - ground nutmeg;
- - salt;
- - freshly ground black pepper.

Step 1
Jacket potatoes
Try to bake potatoes in their skins in the microwave. Wash the tubers thoroughly with a brush, pat dry with a paper towel, and prick the potatoes several times with a fork. Place paper towels on the microwave dish to absorb excess water during baking. Spread the tubers on top of the paper and bake them on a power of 850 for 15 minutes. Then turn the tubers over and bake for another 10 minutes. Leave the cooked potatoes in the oven for another 5 minutes, then remove and transfer to a dish. Serve with salt, vegetable oil and fresh vegetable salad.
Step 2
Garlic potatoes
Potatoes with garlic cook very quickly. Peel and slice the thoroughly washed tubers. Place the scaled potato slices on a small dish, drizzle with vegetable oil and salt. Crush a clove of garlic in a mortar, mix with chopped parsley. Spread the mixture evenly over the potato slices. Place the plate in the microwave, cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Any grated cheese can be added to the dish. Sprinkle them on the finished potatoes and bake at maximum power for another minute - the cheese should melt.
Step 4
Potatoes with meat
A more difficult option is baked potatoes with meat. Rinse the tubers, peel and cut into medium-sized slices. Peel the sweet pepper from the seed partitions, chop into strips. Transfer the minced meat to a skillet with heated butter. Stir until tender. Add freshly ground black pepper and salt.
Step 5
In a deep buttered dish, place a layer of potato slices, salt and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place pepper on top and finish with a layer of minced meat. In a deep bowl, combine milk and eggs, add salt. Pour the mixture over the prepared potatoes with minced meat and place in the microwave.
Step 6
Bake the dish on maximum power for 15-20 minutes. Leave the potatoes in the oven for another 10 minutes, then remove the baking dish and place the casserole over the warmed plates. Serve garnished with fresh herbs and sour cream.
