How to quickly and easily prepare a dish for a romantic evening for two? It's very simple! This requires a minimum of effort, a pair of wooden skewers, two chicken breasts, spices, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and a bottle of white wine.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts;
- 2 slices of ham;
- 1 red onion;
- 20 cherry tomatoes;
- 1 tsp sweet paprika;
- 1 scoop of mozzarella cheese;
- 1 tbsp. l. honey;
- 1 tsp garlic powder;
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 1, 5 tsp provencal herbs.
Preparation:
- Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with plenty of oil.
- Peel and cut the red onion into 4-6 slices.
- Wash both chicken breasts, beat off with a hammer and cut lengthwise with a sharp knife. Two flat pieces of fillet should come out, from which in the future you will get good meat rolls.
- So, wipe two broken pieces of fillet with salt and Provencal herbs, put on plastic wrap and cover with slices of ham.
- Cut the mozzarella ball into slices or grate. Cover the ham with cheese, and sprinkle the cheese with sweet paprika.
- Form two rolls with cling film.
- At the very beginning, pierce one roll with a skewer and cut off. In this case, you will get a small round, which should remain on the skewer. Repeat this procedure 3 more times. As a result, there will be 4 fixed rounds on one skewer. Do the same with the second roll.
- Move both skewers with rolls into a baking dish. Place all cherry tomatoes and red onion slices around the skewers, add a little salt to them.
- Place the form in the oven and leave to bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder and honey.
- After 15 minutes, remove the form from the oven, grease its contents with honey sauce and send it back to the oven. Bake meat and tomatoes until golden brown.
- Put the finished chicken rolls with cherry tomatoes and onions on a dish, pour over the sauce from the mold, garnish with herbs and serve with a bottle of white wine.
