Veal is just a gift for meat gourmets. It is low-fat, contains few calories - only 97 kcal per 100 grams of product. But it is veal meat that is so rich in vitamins and minerals necessary for our body. Try veal rolls. They can appear on the table as a cold or hot snack, or be served with a side dish.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of veal;
- - 100 g of bacon;
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- - sunflower oil;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the veal, let it dry, then cut into thin slices. The thickness of each such “plate” should be less than a centimeter.
Step 2
Beat off each plate, then add salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and chop it using a garlic press. Lubricate the plates with garlic on one side only.
Step 3
Place a slice of bacon on each bite and roll into rolls. Tie each such roll with culinary thread or fasten it with toothpicks.
Step 4
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. The pan should already be with vegetable oil. The rolls must be fried in a preheated pan until they have a golden crust on all sides.
Step 5
By the time the rolls begin to come to the last stage of cooking, you should have boiling water. To do this, just boil the water in advance. However, time it so that the water does not cool down while the veal rolls are cooking.
Step 6
As soon as you see a golden crust, pour boiling water over the rolls and close the lid. Simmer over low heat for about an hour.
