Instructions
Step 1
Let's prepare two containers. We take eggs (3 pieces), break and separate the whites from the yolks.

Add salt (a pinch) to the container with proteins and beat with a spoon or a whisk.

Put cottage cheese (500 grams) in a container with yolks, mix. Add sugar (3 tablespoons) and semolina (6 tablespoons), then mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour the contents of the first container (proteins and salt) into the second container. Add vanillin (to taste). And also add raisins (to taste), previously washed and soaked in water. The casserole dough is ready.
Step 5
Prepare the form: grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina.

Lubricate the top of the casserole before sending to the oven with sour cream.
