It is not often that a dessert is both tasty and healthy. Curd casserole with raisins is just such a rare case. For full-fledged baby food, cottage cheese is simply necessary, but not all children love it, sweet cottage cheese casserole will suit their taste.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 250 ml fruit syrup;
- - 100 g of raisins;
- - 75 g each of butter, sugar, sour cream;
- - 50 g semolina;
- - 1 egg;
- - a little vanilla;
- - butter, crumbs, ground for the form.

Step 1
Set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees in advance.

Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder. Melt the butter, pour into the curd. Add egg, sugar, semolina, salt and vanillin. Mix thoroughly.

Add the washed seedless raisins to the curd. Leave it on for 1 hour.
Step 4
Grease a mold or a frying pan with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the curd mass with raisins into it.

Smooth the surface, grease it with sour cream, sprinkle with oil.

Bake the dessert for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
