Mix flour with baking powder and gently pour into the dough. Mix everything thoroughly. Form a ball from the finished dough and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Take 2 eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. Refrigerate the egg whites for 15 minutes. Then beat the cooled proteins with a mixer until an air mass is formed.

Grind half the lemon along with the zest in a blender. Add yolks, a packet of vanillin, sugar to taste and chopped lemon to the curd. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer. Then gently add the whipped egg whites and stir the dough with a spoon.
