A quick snack is the perfect uncomplicated dish for unexpected guests. But even it can be made unforgettable. Prepare sandwiches with sausage, red or canned fish, vegetables, cottage cheese from products that can always be found in the fridge of a hospitable hostess.
Hearty sausage, bacon and vegetable sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of white loaf;
- 200 g of boiled sausage;
- 100 g of bacon;
- 40 g of butter;
- 1 small bell pepper;
- 1 tomato;
- 4 green lettuce leaves;
- 2 sprigs of parsley.
Take sausage from a trusted manufacturer that adheres to government standards. If you still do not trust the quality of such products, take a product made from a whole piece of meat, such as boiled pork.
Cut the sausage into 4 pieces of equal thickness and sauté them in melted butter. Wash the vegetables and pat dry with a towel. Cover slices of bread with lettuce leaves, place rolled bacon strips and bell pepper rings on 2 of them, pepper and tomato slices on 2 others. Finish each sandwich with grilled sausage and garnish with parsley leaves.
Gourmet recipe for salmon and pickled cheese sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of French baguette;
- 100 g sliced lightly salted salmon;
- 120 g of any brine cheese (feta cheese, suluguni, Adyghe, etc.);
- 3 tbsp. 33% cream;
- 6 large pitted olives;
- 2 tsp butter;
- 10 g of dill;
- a pinch of ground black pepper.
Mash the cheese with a fork and mix with the cream. Add chopped herbs and black pepper there. Cut the crust off the baguette slices, brown the slices in butter on one side and cool. Spread the cheese mass on them, make salmon roses and insert into the centers of the "buds" over the olive tree.
Delicate sandwiches with cottage cheese and tomato
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of white loaf or rye bread;
- 200 g soft cottage cheese;
- 1 large tomato;
- 40 g of hard unsweetened cheese;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- salt;
- 0.5 tsp dried basil;
- 1 sprig of dill.
Crush the garlic in a special press, grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix both ingredients with the curd until smooth. Season with salt to taste and apply to bread. Lay thin tomato semicircles on it, sprinkle with basil and dill.
Whip up snack sandwiches with sprats
Ingredients:
- 10 slices-halves of round rye bread;
- 1 small jar of sprat (160 g);
- 40 g of butter;
- 1 cucumber;
- 10 pitted olives;
- 1 sprig of parsley.
Sprats can be replaced with sardines.
Spread butter on the bread. Carefully transfer the sprats from the jar to it, 2-3 per each, depending on the size of the fish, being careful not to break them. Cover them with cucumber slices, olive halves, and chopped parsley.
