Preparing a turkey sandwich roll is very simple - it turns out to be a hearty dish for any dinner. In addition to turkey, fried eggs, bacon and cheese are added to this roll. It is wrapped in a tortilla cake.
It is necessary
- - 1 tortilla cake;
- - 50 g turkey fillet;
- - 30 g bacon;
- - 10 g lettuce leaves;
- - 10 g of grana padano cheese;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 2 cherry tomatoes.
- For the sauce:
- - 5 capers;
- - 1 quail egg;
- - 5 g each onion and pickled cucumber;
- - 2 teaspoons of kimchi base sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse a piece of raw turkey under running water, cut into small layers, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil on all sides (half a minute on one side). Sprinkle with salt, ground pepper mixture, stir. Place the turkey on a plate.
Step 2
Fry the bacon in the same skillet where you fried the turkey, after the bacon, fry the eggs there, breaking the yolks or immediately making a "chatter". Sprinkle the cooked eggs with chopped fresh parsley.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with kimchi base sauce. If you find it problematic to purchase such a sauce, then you can take any ketchup or tomato paste - with it, the sandwich roll also turns out delicious. Cucumber, onions, quail eggs, boiled in advance, and capers finely chop with a sharp knife and add to mayonnaise. Stir well; you can add a couple of drops of Worcestershire sauce if you have one.
Step 4
Spread the tortilla on the tortilla with the resulting sauce, put a leaf of green lettuce, pieces of turkey, bacon, tomato on it. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Roll, bake in a contact grill, or grill quickly on both sides in a grill pan without adding oil.
Step 5
Serve the finished turkey sandwich roll warm. You can use other products as a filling at your discretion.
