Burger is one of the main favorites of fast food. The stuffed sandwich is a great snack. The fillings can be quite varied. A soft bun paired with a crispy lettuce and a fish and vegetable cutlet is a hearty and incredibly filling dish.
Ingredients:
- Yeast dough - 400 g;
- Salmon - 450 g;
- Breadcrumbs - 150 g;
- Mayonnaise to taste;
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l;
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons l;
- Carrots - 2 pcs;
- Lettuce leaves - 150 g;
- Green onions - 40 g;
- Parsley - 40 g;
- Fresh ginger root - 10 g.
Preparation:
- To start cooking, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with oil.
- Take ready-made yeast dough. You can use a store, or you can do it yourself. Using a shape or a rounded object, cut 12 identical circles out of the dough. Place them on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. After the buns are cooked, remove them from the oven and leave to cool.
- Cut fresh thawed salmon into small pieces. Peel the carrots and chop finely. Wash, dry and chop the herbs. Grate the ginger root on a fine grater.
- In a deep bowl, combine eggs, fish, carrots, herbs, and ginger. Form into small patties. Dip in bread crumbs.
- Place a skillet over medium heat. Pour in sesame and vegetable oil. Place 4 cutlets in a skillet. Fry on both sides until golden brown for 5-7 minutes. Use all the minced meat.
- Put the finished cutlets on a dish with paper towels and cover with foil on top.
- Cut the finished buns horizontally in half. Lubricate the bottom with mayonnaise inside. Place the lettuce leaf and the resulting cutlet on top of it. Top with the second piece of bun.
Instead of mayonnaise, you can use hot Asian sauce or mustard for soaking.
