Delicious and juicy liver cake will please both households and your guests. The main ingredient in this rather popular snack is the liver by-product. The recipe for the dish is not very complicated, but the cooking process itself will take some time. Let the dish "settle" before serving to soak in the sauce and become juicy.

- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cups milk
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 400 g mayonnaise
- 300 gr. fresh cucumbers

Step 1
Prepare your liver. Remove all films and soak for 2-3 hours in cold water.

Then drain the water and flush out the liver. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Cut the liver into pieces and scroll through a meat grinder.

Peel the onion and scroll through a meat grinder and add to the minced meat.
