The liver is a very healthy product, unfortunately, not all people love it fried. Basically, doctors recommend it to be eaten by pregnant women and small children. If pregnant mothers understand that their health will improve from this product, then it is difficult to explain this to young children. That is why we suggest you make a liver cake. It is delicious and even the smallest members of the family like it! By the way, it can be prepared for a festive table, as it will perfectly complement all dishes.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare meat and liver. Defrost and wash well. Pass everything through a meat grinder. Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the garlic, and mince or grate the onion.

Mix all the ingredients well and add milk, eggs and flour here. You can salt and pepper. Heat the skillet, brush with oil, and bake liver pancakes on both sides.
Step 3
Now prepare the cream. Peel the onions, garlic, carrots, wash everything well. Finely chop the onion and garlic, and grate the carrots. Prepare a frying pan, add some oil and water, simmer onions and carrots. Then set aside and let cool.
Step 4
Add yogurt, herbs, spices to the same pan, mix everything well. Grease each pancake with the resulting cream and fold them like a cake, you can decorate with herbs on top. The cake is ready! You can serve it with or without sour cream - it's up to you. This cake can be eaten just like that, or you can eat it with tea, as you like.
