Pate is considered one of the favorite delicacies of many gourmets. It can be meat, fish, vegetable, or even legumes. Chicken liver pate is always popular. It will successfully complement many diets and menus during pregnancy.

- - chicken liver - 0.5 kg;
- - medium-sized onions - 2 pcs.;
- - chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - potatoes - 1 pc.;
- - creamy margarine - 50 g;
- - sunflower oil - 100 ml.
Instructions
Step 1
Dip the chicken liver in a pot of water, bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes. At the same time, take two other saucepans and cook the jacket potatoes and eggs. You can also pre-boil the potatoes with eggs, and then the chicken liver. The order in which you cook these ingredients is irrelevant.
Step 2
While the liver is cooking, peel the onion and chop it in half rings. Take a skillet and heat it up well. Once the pan is hot, pour in the sunflower oil and cream margarine. After the margarine has melted, place the chopped onions in the pan and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
When the chicken liver is done, remove it from the pot and rinse it under running water. Pour the water in which it was boiled. Set aside the finished potatoes and hard-boiled eggs to cool.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and peel the eggs. To prepare the pate, chicken liver, eggs, potatoes and onions with butter must be twisted twice through a meat grinder or chopped once in a blender.
Step 5
Ready-made pate is ideal as an addition to first courses, as an appetizer or as a healthy breakfast.
