  6. When the dough is ready, cut a small piece to shape the baked goods, remove the rest in the cold.
  7. Cut a piece of dough into equal parts, put apple slices from jam in the center, pinch the edges and turn them out. Transfer the puffs to a greased sheet, transfer to the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
