  • - soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • - vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • - icing sugar - 50 g;
  • - baking dish.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour semolina into a large bowl and cover with kefir. Stir the mixture well and leave for 40 minutes so that the semolina can swell. In the meantime, remove the butter from the refrigerator. It should become soft.

Step 2

When the time is up, add chicken eggs, softened butter and sugar to the swollen semolina. Mix everything well with a spoon, whisk or mixer at minimum speed.

Step 3

Add baking soda and vanillin. You do not need to extinguish soda. Kefir neutralizes her. Add all the flour in portions. It is not recommended to use the mixer. To make the biscuit more fluffy, gently stir the dough with a spoon until there are no flour lumps left.

Step 4

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. Grease the mold with a piece of butter and pour the dough into it. When the oven is hot, place the cake in and bake for 40 minutes.

Step 5

Leave the baked goods in the baking dish until they cool. Then place the cake on a plate and garnish with powdered sugar. If desired, it can be divided into three cakes and greased with your favorite cream.
