You will need: 1 glass of kefir, 1 glass of semolina, 1 glass of flour, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of sugar, 1 egg, a teaspoon of soda and a bag of vanillin.

Break the egg into a large bowl and add a glass of kefir, stir with a whisk and add a teaspoon of baking soda. Since kefir is a fermented milk product, soda does not need to be quenched with vinegar. Next, add semolina, sugar, vanillin and continue to knead until the mass is homogeneous and there are no lumps. Lastly, add a little flour, achieving the consistency of thick sour cream. You may need a little less flour or a little more than one glass, this is not critical.

Put our dough in a greased baking dish or baking sheet and send it to the oven at 180 degrees. The manna is baked for about 30 - 35 minutes, readiness can be checked by piercing it with a match or toothpick.

Next, it's up to impregnation. Gently pour a glass of milk over the entire surface of the manna and let it brew. It may seem to you that there is too much milk or it is not absorbed, but do not worry, you just need to wait a little. Your manna will turn out to be very tender and soft.
