- - 100 g smoked bacon;

Step 1
Rinse the carcass under running cold water, cut into portions. Rub each piece of rabbit with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Cut the smoked bacon into small cubes. Fry it in hot vegetable oil. Place the pieces of rabbit in a skillet with lard and fry them on all sides until crusty. Then transfer the meat to the roasting pan.
Step 3
Add a little water, spices and simmer for 1, 5 - 2 hours. Cover the meat with sour cream every half hour. The roast is ready when the meat darkens and the flesh is loose from the bones.
