  • - raisins - 1 tsp;
  • - green apple - 1/2 pc;
  • - greens to taste;
  • - sunflower oil.

We wash the rabbit carcass well, dry it with a paper towel and chop it into large pieces. Rub each of the pieces with a mixture of salt, sugar and black pepper. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the rabbit meat for 10-15 minutes, during which time a golden crust should form.

My carrots, peel and cut into circles. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Finely chop the greens. In a separate frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the vegetables with herbs for about 7-10 minutes. Put the contents of the pan into a bowl.

Then we prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream and tomato paste, add raisins, salt and pepper to taste and pour in a little water, mix thoroughly. Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables and simmer over low heat for 35-40 minutes, adding water if necessary. Be sure to cover the stewpan with a lid. When the meat is almost ready, put the remaining vegetables and potatoes on top. Peel the apple, cut into slices and put on top. Pour the remaining sauce into a saucepan. We heat the oven to 200 degrees, move the stewpan with the roast into it and bake for another 40-45 minutes.
