I suggest you try making an omelet for children. It turns out to be very juicy and delicate in taste and is more beneficial than fried.
Children's omelet in the oven
You will need:
- chicken egg - 3 pieces;
- salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
- milk - 150 ml;
- fresh herbs - if you wish.
Rinse the eggs thoroughly and break them into a deep bowl. After that add cold milk, throw in a small pinch of salt and mix well with a fork or whisk.
Pour the finished mixture into a pre-greased form, sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired and bake the omelet in a highly preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 180oC. It is very important not to open the oven until the end of the baking process.
Children's omelette cooked in a slow cooker
You will need:
- chicken egg - 1 piece;
- milk 2, 5% fat - 50 ml;
- any vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- salt.
In advance, turn on the multicooker and set the "Steam cooking" program for 10 minutes. Break eggs into a bowl, pour in milk and add salt to taste. Gently beat everything with a mixer, a whisk, or a blender until a fluffy and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The mold (preferably silicone) is greased with oil and the egg-milk mass is poured into it. Put the form in a special container of the steamer and place it in the multicooker until the end of the program.
