Spaghetti carbonara with bacon - tasty, fast and satisfying. These are the main ingredients of a successful meal, so try making these spaghetti for lunch or dinner.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - spaghetti - 450 g;
- - bacon - 100 g;
- - Parmesan - 50 g;
- - three eggs;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt, ground pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the al dente pasta in salted water (note that al dente pasta is a little hard per tooth).
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet and fry the bacon and garlic pieces on it, stirring occasionally. Remove from stove.
Step 3
Throw the resulting pasta in a colander, put it in a frying pan. Add two whole boiled eggs and one yolk.
Step 4
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the pasta, mix. Pepper. Spaghetti carbonara with bacon is ready, sprinkle with cheese (no need to mix) before serving. Enjoy your meal!
