Step 1
Grate the carrots with long blades in the form of straws. Put the carrots in a cup, salt and move everything. Leave to salt for 30 minutes.

Then add a spoonful of sugar and some seasoning mixture. Move well.
Step 3
Chop the onions and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add vinegar. Add the onions to the carrots and stir.
Step 4
Pass the garlic through the garlic press and place it on the carrots.
Mix everything well. Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator for three hours.
