If you are tired of everyday dishes, you can make a soft roll of chicken, beans and eggs. This dish is usually beautiful, tasty, soft and very tender. This roll combines the taste of eggs with chicken, cheese and beans. It can be made into canapés or scattered across serving bowls.

It is necessary

  • For the outer layer:
  • - cheese - 200 g;
  • For the middle layer:
  • - turmeric - a pinch;
  • - garlic - 1 clove;
  • - sour cream - 1, 5 tablespoons;
  • - mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
  • - boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • For the inner layer:
  • - apple cider vinegar 3%;
  • - sour cream - 0.5 tbsp;
  • - mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon;
  • - onion - 50 g;
  • - can of beans - 1 pc;
  • - boneless and skinless chicken breast - 350 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil a small chicken breast in salted water, cool it directly in the broth, and later remove the skin and bones.

Step 2

Chop the onion finely, cover it with mild vinegar. Drain the canned beans and then rinse them in cold filtered or boiled water.

Step 3

Pass the beans and breast meat through a meat grinder. Drain the vinegar from the onion and place it in the bean and chicken mince. Mix everything well.

Step 4

Add sour cream or mayonnaise to make the mass not liquid and plastic, to keep its shape. Taste the mass and add salt if necessary.

Step 5

Grate boiled eggs on a fine grater. Add mayonnaise or sour cream to make a plastic mass. Add salt to taste. You can also add a little crushed garlic to the egg mass if desired. To brighten the layer, stir in a pinch of ground turmeric.

Step 6

Now collect all the ingredients into a roll. Spread some foil or plastic wrap on the table. Place the bean and chicken mass in it and make a thin layer out of it. Place a strip of egg mass in the middle. Raise the ends of the film and wrap the chicken over the egg. Wrap the roll tightly in plastic.

Step 7

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Place a sheet of foil on the table. Pour a third of the cheese onto it in a strip the same length as the roll. Place the roll on the cheese, freeing it from the film. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and side of the roll, press it tightly. Wrap the roll tightly in foil, put it in the refrigerator until you decide to serve it to the table.
