Lean Chinese cabbage cabbage rolls prepared according to this recipe are very tender. The process of their preparation takes very little time. They can be served, for example, with soy sauce and wasabi.

- - 150 g frozen broccoli
- - 150 g frozen green beans
- - 50 g carrots
- - 200 g of pickled mushrooms

Instructions
Step 1
Separate the Chinese cabbage leaves. Boil in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes. Then start making the filling.
Step 2
Place the green beans and broccoli in the skillet. Add pre-chopped carrots. Lightly fry the vegetables with the addition of salt, seasoning for vegetable salads.
Step 3
Peel and chop the onion. Fry the pickled mushrooms with onions. Combine vegetables with mashed potatoes. Add mushrooms to this mixture, stir.
Step 4
Wrap the filling in bok choy leaves. Place the cabbage rolls to be in a baking dish. Drizzle with lean mayonnaise, diluted with a little water. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
