Step 1

Pour water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. As soon as bubbles appear on the surface, add salt water and put the cabbage there for 15-20 minutes. Simply simmer the dish in a deep bowl with the addition of water, for about 10-15 minutes.

The cabbage rolls are ready. Now prepare the sauce. To do this, soak the mushrooms for 3-4 hours, and then boil in salted water. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil along with flour. Add mushroom broth to the pan, the mushrooms themselves, pre-chopped, and seasonings to taste. Boil this mixture and you can turn off the gas. That's it, the dish is ready. Before serving, cut the threads off the cabbage rolls, pour the mushroom sauce over them and you can eat.
