Step 1

Pour water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. As soon as bubbles appear on the surface, add salt water and put the cabbage there for 15-20 minutes. As time passes, take out the cabbage, put it in a colander and let the liquid drain. Then, very carefully so as not to burn your hands, disassemble the head of cabbage into individual leaves.

Boil buckwheat, cool it. Add vegetable oil and seasonings to your taste. Then put buckwheat porridge on a cabbage leaf, form a cabbage roll and tie it with a thread. Now roll the cabbage rolls in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in a skillet in vegetable oil. If for some reason you do not eat fried foods, then you can skip using bread crumbs. Simply simmer the dish in a deep bowl with the addition of water, for about 10-15 minutes.

The cabbage rolls are ready. Now prepare the sauce. To do this, soak the mushrooms for 3-4 hours, and then boil in salted water. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil along with flour. Add mushroom broth to the pan, the mushrooms themselves, pre-chopped, and seasonings to taste. Boil this mixture and you can turn off the gas. That's it, the dish is ready. Before serving, cut the threads off the cabbage rolls, pour the mushroom sauce over them and you can eat.
