If you have ripe bananas in your kitchen, you can use them to make a delicious and flavorful chocolate cake. No home-baked lover can refuse such a dessert.

- - 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder and baking soda;
- - 3 ripe bananas (about 300 g without peel);
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 90 g butter;
- - 2 eggs at room temperature;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - 120 g of melted dark chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Cover the cake pan (about 23 x 13 centimeters) with baking paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl, knead bananas with a fork, add sugar and softened butter. Beat thoroughly with a mixer and beat in eggs one at a time, add the vanilla extract last.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to the banana mass, knead the dough. Pour two-thirds of the dough into the mold, mix the rest with melted chocolate and put it in the mold as well. With a knife or fork, make several circular movements in the form so that the chocolate dough mixes a little with the banana.
Step 4
We send the form to the oven for 55-60 minutes. Let the finished cake cool in the form for 10 minutes, transfer it to the wire rack to cool completely.
