- - onion 150 g
- - 3 cloves garlic

Step 1
Pass the chicken fillet with onions through a meat grinder. Add some salt and pepper and mix well.

Form small cakes from the minced meat, in the center of which you need to put a mozzarella ball, and then mold the meatballs.

Grease a baking dish with butter, put the meatballs and send the dish to the oven for 20 minutes. The oven should be preheated to 200 degrees.

At this time, we prepare the sauce. Finely chop the onion and garlic, chop the tomatoes into small pieces.

Fry garlic and onion in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Add tomatoes, spices and simmer vegetables for 5-7 minutes.

Pour the prepared meatballs with the resulting tomato sauce and send the dish back to the oven for 10 minutes.
