Instructions
Step 1
Rinse 1-1.5 kg of pork meat under cold running water. Cut it into 3 * 3 cm pieces. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves, salt and spices to the meat. Suitable for pork are nutmeg, juniper, marjoram, red pepper. Add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the meat with spices, mix everything well. Cover the pot with a lid and refrigerate for several hours. During this time, the meat will be marinated and will be softer when cooked.
Step 2
Place two pieces of foil on a baking sheet perpendicular to each other. Place the meat in the center. Wrap the foil so that there are no holes through which juice can flow out.

Put the meat in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 1-1.5 hours.
