Fried chicken is a dish that many people enjoy. Unfortunately, chicken breasts are often dry. This can be avoided by pickling them in kefir. The chicken breasts will stay juicy and taste great.

- Chicken breast - 1 pc.,
- Kefir - 100 gr.,
- Butter - 50 gr.,
- Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast under cold running water. If the chicken has skin, remove it. The bones can be left (at your discretion). Cut the breast into 2 parts (along the spine). Depending on the size of the resulting halves, cut each piece into 2-3 more pieces across the grain.
Step 2
Pour kefir over the chicken, stir and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. If it's hot in the kitchen, put the chicken in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Preheat a frying pan, put butter on it, let it melt. Shake each piece of chicken off excess kefir, rub with salt and put in a pan. Fry the breasts over high heat on one side for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Turn the chicken over, fry on the other side for 1-2 minutes, add boiling water so that the bottom of the pan is covered with water 2-3 mm. Reduce heat to low, cover and let sit for 15 minutes.

Chicken breasts in kefir can be served with both vegetable salads and potatoes or rice.
