Silver carp with vegetables is a tasty and healthy dish that should be in the diet of every person, especially if he has a young, growing body. A minimum of effort, a little time, and a delicious dinner is ready.
It is necessary
- - 2 kg silver carp,
- - half a lemon,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 bell pepper,
- - salt to taste,
- - a mixture of ground peppers to taste,
- - dill to taste,
- - parsley to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the fish and entrails, rinse well. Make deep cuts on one side of the fish (about 3 cm apart).
Step 2
Combine salt and pepper (you can add some fish seasoning if desired). Grate the fish on all sides with a dry mixture.
Step 3
Cut the lemon into slices according to the number of cuts in the fish. Insert the lemon wedges into the incisions.
Step 4
Cut the peeled carrots into half circles. Cut the onion into cubes or half rings to taste. Rinse the bell peppers from the seeds and cut into strips.
Step 5
Fold a sheet of foil into two layers. The shiny side should face outward. Transfer the silver carp to the foil.
Step 6
Put dill and parsley in the belly (you don't need to grind the herbs). Stuff the prepared vegetables into the fish. Spread the remaining vegetables along the fish. Seal the fish in foil.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake fish and vegetables for 1 hour. If the fish is smaller, reduce the cooking time. Gently transfer the finished silver carp to a dish and serve (in foil, if desired).
