Apple pancakes have an original taste and a pleasant vanilla aroma. If desired, the number of apples for making the dough can be increased and the ingredients can be varied with fresh berries.
It is necessary
- - 3 small apples
- - 200 g of honey
- - 500 ml of milk
- - 500 g flour
- - 3 g yeast
- - 2 eggs
- - vegetable oil
- - salt
- - 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- - vanilla powder
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the milk a little, but do not bring it to a boil. In a separate container, mix 30 g of live yeast and 3250 ml of warm milk. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and leave for a while until the yeast is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Mix the remaining milk with eggs and 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Salt the mixture to taste and add sugar. Combine both masses in one bowl and wait until the dough rises.
Step 3
Peel the apples, finely grate and stir into the prepared dough. Put the mixture in small portions in a hot frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve the dish on the table with honey, after sprinkling the pancakes with vanilla powder.
