Fitness pancakes are a combination of low-calorie ingredients, an alternative solution to other desserts. They provide an opportunity to feast on and not to gain additional calories in the period between training sessions.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of oat flour;
- - 100 g of whole-ground rye flour;
- - 100 g whole wheat flour;
- - 100 g of wheat bran;
- - 100 g of wheat flour;
- - 2 egg whites;
- - 2 tsp Sahara;
- - 300 ml of sparkling mineral water;
- - 50 ml of water;
- - 1 tbsp. oils;
- - a little salt;
- - 1 tbsp. lingonberries;
- - 3 tbsp. honey;
- - 1 PC. carnations;
- - 1 PC. allspice;
- - 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
- - 2 pcs. cardamom.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all types of flour and sift twice.
Step 2
In a mixer, beat the whites with salt, add mineral water and sugar. The result should be a foamy structure.
Step 3
Add flour to this mass, add water.
Step 4
Heat the pan and cook the pancakes. Cover the pancakes laid out in a stack with a napkin.
Step 5
Pour boiling water over lingonberries.
Step 6
Grind the spices in a mortar, add honey to them and lingonberries.
Step 7
Boil the berries and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the pancakes with lingonberry dressing.
