Delightfully delicious borscht prepared according to this recipe will not leave indifferent even the most discerning housewives, since it has a rich color and aroma, but it also takes very little time. And most importantly, all the useful properties of the products are preserved due to processing in a multicooker.
It is necessary
- - 2 p. water;
- - 300 g of pork;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 potatoes;
- -1 beets;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 200 g of white cabbage;
- - 2 tbsp. l. ketchup with garlic;
- - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - ground red pepper;
- - Bay leaf;
- - black peppercorns;
- - dried dill.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to prepare the food.
Step 2
Cut the pork into small pieces of 3x4 cm. Then peel the onion and chop finely. Peel carrots, beets and potatoes.
Step 3
Grate carrots and beets separately. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the cabbage.
Step 4
Now you need to pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl. Put meat, carrots and onions there. Add garlic ketchup and salt and pepper to taste. Turn the multicooker to the "Fry-vegetables" mode for 10 minutes and fry the meat with vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
After 5 minutes, add some water to the bowl, close the lid of the multicooker and simmer until the end of the mode. Pour in the remaining water, add potatoes and cabbage. Add garlic, dried dill and black peppercorns. Put the multicooker in the "Soup" mode. Close the lid and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step 6
Finally, after 20 minutes, put bay leaf in the borscht and leave for another 15 minutes with the lid closed, without heating, so that it infuses. Pour the fragrant borscht into plates, add greens if desired.
