Cannelloni is a paste in the form of large tubes. It is not so rare that pasta is used in various desserts. Cannelloni are great for making a dessert with cottage cheese, cherries and nuts.
It is necessary
- - 9 cannelloni tubes;
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 8 tbsp. tablespoons of cherry jam;
- - 2 handfuls of pine nuts;
- - zest from 1 orange;
- - icing sugar, cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the cannelloni until half cooked, drain the water, put the straws on a plate.
Step 2
Combine curd with orange zest, cherries, and pine nuts. Stir, if you have sour cottage cheese, add a small amount of powdered sugar in this step.
Step 3
Fill the tubes with the resulting filling, put in a baking dish.
Step 4
Prepare a filling for dessert: mix sour cream with powdered sugar, stir until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the sweet sour cream sauce over the cannelloni. Place the dish in the oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees (preheat the oven in advance).
Step 6
Serve the finished dessert warm with jam. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
