It is necessary

  • • Tomatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • • Minced meat-0, 5 kg;
  • • Onion lek - 200 g;
  • • Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • • Cheese, preferably hard varieties - 100-150 g;
  • • A little vegetable oil;
  • • Spices, salt.
  • To prepare the Bechamel sauce:
  • • Peasant oil - 50 g;
  • • Wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • • Milk - 1 l.;
  • • Pepper and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and chop onions and garlic. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off. Then chop finely.

Step 3

Add minced meat to the overcooked onion and fry until tender.

Step 4

Add the tomatoes to the roast, stir and fry.

Next, the Bechamel sauce is prepared. To do this, melt the butter, stir in flour and fry, stirring constantly so that no lumps appear.

Pour milk into the resulting gruel and stir without ceasing, cook until the consistency of sour cream.

Fill the cannelloni with cooled minced meat. Do not fill them tightly, otherwise they may crack during cooking.

Pour some of the sauce into a baking dish and add the minced meat tubes.

Pour over the remaining sauce and place in a well preheated oven. It costs about half an hour to bake cannelloni at 180 degrees.

If desired, the finished dish can be decorated with fresh herbs.

The finished straws must be sprinkled with grated cheese and placed in the oven for another 10 minutes to form a golden crust.
