It is necessary

  • - 1 pack of cannelloni;
  • - 700 ml cream 20% fat;
  • - 300 g cherries;
  • - 170 g of poppy;
  • - 50 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 2 glasses of water;
  • - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of cane sugar;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cornstarch.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds, cook for 30 minutes. Drain the water that has not been absorbed into the poppy. Mash the poppy seeds in a blender with 3 tablespoons of cane sugar.

Step 2

If you have frozen cherries, then defrost them beforehand, discard them in a colander so that the excess juice stacks. Add the prepared cherries to the poppy seeds. Fresh cherries just need to be washed and pitted.

Step 3

Pour starch over the poppy seeds and cherries, mix.

Step 4

Take the cannelloni tubes, fill them with the poppy-cherry mixture, fold into a baking dish.

From the specified amount of cream, take 2 tablespoons and leave them for the icing. Mix the remaining cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar, pour the mixture into the filled straws. Cover with foil on top, bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven. Then remove the foil, bake for another 10 minutes.

Heat the remaining cream almost to a boil, add chopped chocolate, after 2-3 minutes, mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour the ready-made cannelloni with poppy-cherry filling with chocolate icing. This delicacy can also be eaten cold.
