- - 250 g flour;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar;
- - 2 tsp baking powder.
- For filling:
- - 600 g of cottage cheese;
- - 300 g blueberries;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 100 g of starch;
- - 4 eggs;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Mash butter with vanilla and plain sugar. Add 1 egg, stir. Add flour with baking powder (instead, you can add 1 teaspoon of quenched soda), knead the dough - it should not turn out very steep.
Step 2
Grease the mold with oil, put the dough in it, make the sides. Now proceed to the preparation of the curd-blueberry filling.
Step 3
Separate the yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with sugar. Add cottage cheese to the yolks, mix. If you have coarse-grained cottage cheese, then wipe it through a sieve. Add cornstarch, stir.
Step 4
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add to the curd mass, mix gently. Put the curd mass on the dough, flatten.
Step 5
Add 1 tbsp to the blueberries. a spoonful of sugar, beat in a blender. Leave a few blueberries whole to decorate the future cake.
Step 6
Place the blueberries on top of the curd. Bake the cake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. If the top of the curd pie starts to burn, cover it with foil.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished blueberry curd pie with icing sugar, garnish with blueberries. Cool completely, then serve.
