A very healthy, tasty and quick dessert - a good option for breakfast. For this delicacy, you can take any berries - frozen, fresh, raspberries, cranberries, lingonberries, blackberries.
It is necessary
- For two servings of dessert:
- - 600 g frozen or fresh berries;
- - 240 ml of water;
- - 50 g of red currant;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of Greek yogurt;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of oatmeal;
- - 4 teaspoons of honey.
Instructions
Step 1
If you took frozen berries for dessert, then defrost them first, the juice that has been released can not be drained - it will not spoil the dessert. Sort fresh berries, rinse. Grind the prepared berries with a blender, then rub through a fine sieve.
Step 2
Pour 240 ml of boiling water over the oatmeal, let it brew for 10 minutes so that all the water is absorbed and a thick mass is obtained. Combine berry puree with 4 teaspoons of honey, Greek yogurt, and swollen oat flour. Mix until smooth. Punch the resulting mass again with a blender, rub through a sieve a second time.
Step 3
Pour the finished oat and berry dessert with yogurt into bowls or portioned bowls, put in the refrigerator to thicken the dessert. It shouldn't thicken too much - just grab a little. It is most convenient to prepare such a dessert in the evening, in order to serve a healthy delicacy for breakfast later.
Step 4
Garnish with fresh red currant sprigs or other berries of your choice before serving. As a dessert decoration, you can use fresh mint leaves, and chocolate or coconut shavings.
