  • - whole chicken;

  • - four cloves of garlic;
  • - walnuts - 1 glass;
  • - cilantro - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - wheat flour - 1, 5 tbsp. spoons;
  • - hops-suneli - 1 tsp;
  • - ground black pepper, salt - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the chicken carcass - rinse it, cut into small pieces. Then fill the chicken with cold water (2 liters), cook until half cooked.

Step 2

Simmer the chopped onion in a separate saucepan in the fat removed from the broth, add the chicken pieces, simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add wheat flour to the soup, you can take corn flour as well - it doesn't matter. After five minutes, pour in the chicken broth, cook for another 15 minutes.

Add tkemali to the kharcho (can be replaced with tomatoes), let it boil, season with walnuts (grind them beforehand), garlic, suneli hops, salt, cilantro. You can add lavrushka. Chicken kharcho with nuts is ready, let it sit for 10 minutes, then you can pour it into plates. Enjoy your meal!
