It is necessary

    • milk - 200 ml;
    • sugar - 200 gr;
    • flour - 500 gr;
    • yolks - 3 pcs;
    • baking powder - 1 pack. (12 g);
    • chocolate - 200 gr;
    • sour cream - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1

Sift the flour to remove any blotches and oxygenate it. Take a deep bowl and pour in the sifted flour, add sugar, baking powder. Mix everything.

Step 2

Drain the yolks into a separate bowl and beat with a fork. Warm the milk slightly to room temperature and pour into the yolks. Gradually add milk with whipped yolks to flour. Knead the dough for a short time - until the mass becomes homogeneous, and flour lumps are not visible. The dough should feel sticky to the touch.

Step 3

Make a large cake from the dough and leave to cool for a while. Sprinkle flour on the table with a rolling pin, roll out the pancake. The thickness of the rolled dough should be about 1 cm. Sprinkle the dough with flour from time to time so that it does not stick to the table. Take a glass or cookie cutter and, holding the edges tightly to the dough, cut out the circles or shapes. Put the rest of the dough back into a cake, roll out and cut the cookies again.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (heat no more than 10 minutes). Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the cut out figures on it. Maintain a 1 cm distance between the cookies on the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 10-14 minutes.

Step 5

In a water bath, melt the chocolate by using two small saucepans or cups of different sizes. In the lower one, the one that is larger, pour water and put on a low heat, set a smaller container on top. Place the chocolate evenly in the top bowl. As soon as the water in the lower saucepan begins to boil, steam will begin to heat up the chocolate. Stir the chocolate constantly so that it does not burn and melts evenly. When the consistency of chocolate becomes similar to the sauce, add sour cream, stir. Wait until smooth and turn off the heat.

Step 6

Remove the finished treat from the oven and cool, apply patterns with melted chocolate using a cooking syringe. The cookie is ready.
