It is necessary

  • - zucchini - 150 g;
  • - cottage cheese - 50 g;
  • - eggs - 1-2 pcs.;
  • - wheat flour - 15 g;
  • - parsley - a bunch;
  • - cooking oil - 10 g;
  • - kefir - 50 g;
  • - garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • - dill - a bunch.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the courgettes well. Then remove the skin and seeds from them with a knife. If you use young vegetables for cooking squash cutlets, then you do not need to do these procedures.

Step 2

Chop the remaining squash pulp. This is best done with the coarsest grater. Season the resulting mass with salt and leave it in this state for 5-7 minutes. This is necessary in order for the vegetable to start up its juice.

Step 3

When the specified period of time has passed, squeeze the resulting juice from the zucchini mass and transfer it to a clean and fairly deep bowl. Then add the following ingredients to it: wheat flour sifted through a sieve, cottage cheese minced through a meat grinder and finely chopped dill and parsley. Into the resulting mixture, add pre-beaten chicken eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

From the resulting mass, gently form small cakes. Dip each of them in wheat flour.

Step 5

Having melted the cooking oil in a dry frying pan, fry the resulting cakes on it until a ruddy crust forms, and on each side.

Step 6

Combine kefir with cloves of garlic and finely chopped herbs passed through a garlic press. Mix everything thoroughly. The sauce for squash cutlets is ready.

Step 7

Transfer the fried tortillas to a loose bowl and serve with the resulting sauce. Zucchini cutlets are ready!
